Description

A delicious twist on classic pizza burgers featuring juicy turkey bacon and chicken ham.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground turkey with Italian seasoning.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. Cook the turkey patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  5. In the last few minutes, add a slice of turkey bacon and a slice of chicken ham on top of each patty.
