- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the chicken ham and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and add garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir well.
- Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the mozzarella cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
- Crumble the turkey bacon over the top before serving.

- This dish can be served over pasta or rice for a heartier meal.
