Ingredients
– 1 lb chicken breast, diced
– 1 lb smoked beef sausage, sliced
– 12 oz penne or rotini pasta
– 4 cups chicken broth
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 packet ranch seasoning (or 2 tbsp homemade)
– 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Optional: chopped parsley or green onions
Instructions
1. Sear chicken in oil, season, and cook until browned.
2. Add sausage and sauté.
3. Stir in ranch mix, broth, cream, and pasta.
4. Simmer covered for 12–15 mins.
5. Stir in cheddar cheese until creamy.
6. Garnish and serve.
