Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the core from the cabbage and separate the leaves.
- In a bowl, mix the ground meat, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, and egg until well combined.
- Place a scoop of the meat mixture onto each cabbage leaf and fold it around the filling.
