- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup finely chopped mushrooms
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, water, vegetable oil, and salt to form a dough.
- In another bowl, combine the green onions, carrots, and mushrooms.
- Roll out the dough and cut it into circles.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each circle.
- Fold and seal the dumplings.
- Arrange them on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
