Ingredients

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Layer pancakes and cooked sausage in a greased casserole dish.
