- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, mix Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
- In another dish, whisk eggs; in a third dish, place flour.
- Dip each chicken breast in flour, then eggs, and coat with Parmesan mixture.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then pour in heavy cream and simmer.
- Once the chicken is cooked, pour the creamy garlic sauce over the top and garnish with parsley.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
