Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, mix Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  3. In another dish, whisk eggs; in a third dish, place flour.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in flour, then eggs, and coat with Parmesan mixture.
  5. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then pour in heavy cream and simmer.
  8. Once the chicken is cooked, pour the creamy garlic sauce over the top and garnish with parsley.
