Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 4 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy and set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. In a large pot, cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  4. In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Layer noodles, cheese mixture, turkey bacon, and more marinara sauce. Repeat the layers.
  7. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
