Ingredients

- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 4 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer noodles, cheese mixture, turkey bacon, and more marinara sauce. Repeat the layers.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, substitute turkey bacon with vegetables.
- Use whole wheat noodles for a healthier option.
