Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter and brown sugar until smooth.
 - Add the egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt; mix until well combined.
 - Fold in the chocolate chips.
 - Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
 - Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges start to turn golden.
 - Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
