Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until well mixed.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish.
  4. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  5. In another bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  7. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
  8. Spread the peanut butter mixture into the cooled crust.
  9. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
