- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- In a separate bowl, mix chopped pecans, corn syrup, and cinnamon. Pour over the cream cheese layer.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set. Let cool before slicing.
