- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your pellet smoker to 225°F.
- Season the prime rib roast with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the roast in the smoker and cook until it reaches your desired internal temperature.
- While the roast is smoking, prepare the cowboy butter by mixing the softened butter with parsley, chives, and smoked paprika.
- Once the prime rib is done, let it rest for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with cowboy butter on top.
