Ingredients

- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 2 cups sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 1 pound sliced cooked beef or steak
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 12 slices provolone cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the bell peppers and onions until softened.
- Add the cooked steak to the skillet and mix well with the vegetables.
- Place the hoagie rolls in the skillet, and fill each with the steak and vegetable mixture.
- Top each sandwich with provolone cheese and cover to melt the cheese.
- Once the cheese is melted, remove from heat, and add the crispy turkey bacon to each sandwich.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add some hot sauce or jalapeños.
