Ingredients

  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers until softened.
  4. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  6. Bring to a simmer and add the cooked pasta, turkey bacon, Worcestershire sauce, and cheese.
  7. Stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
