Instructions

- Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened.
- Stir in the cooked steak and heat through.
- On a tortilla, layer the steak mixture and cheese, then fold in half.
- Cook the quesadilla in the skillet until crispy and golden, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
