Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb (450g) pizza dough

  • ½ lb (225g) thinly sliced beef steak (ribeye or sirloin)

  • ½ cup (80g) sliced onions

  • ½ cup (80g) sliced green bell peppers

  • 1 cup (100g) shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup (50g) shredded provolone cheese

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Prepare the Filling:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers; cook for 4–5 minutes until soft.
Add beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook another 4–5 minutes until browned. Let cool slightly.

  • Roll the Dough:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll pizza dough into a rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.

  • Add Filling & Cheese:
Place the steak mixture down the center of the dough. Top with mozzarella and provolone.

  • Fold & Seal:
Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges. Flip seam-side down.

  • Bake:
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush on top.
Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Serve:
Cool slightly, slice into breadsticks, and serve warm.

Notes

Use pre-cooked steak for quicker prep.

Add hot peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.

Pairs well with marinara or ranch dipping sauce.
