Ingredients

- 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup natural or vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Ice cubes (to taste)
Instructions
- Add pineapple, banana, yogurt, milk, and honey to blender
- Blend on high until smooth
- Add ice and blend again
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately

- Best served immediately
- Can be made ahead and stored for up to 24 hours
