- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add the sugar and beat until fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, alternating with the pineapple and vanilla.
- Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before removing from the pan.
