Pineapple Heaven Cheesecake is an indulgent and creamy dessert that combines the tropical flavors of pineapple with a classic cheesecake base.

- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 ounces) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until combined.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time.
- Fold in the crushed pineapple and sour cream.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for about 65-70 minutes, or until set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a tropical twist, consider adding coconut flakes to the crust.
- Serve with whipped cream and additional pineapple slices for garnish.
