This Pineapple Jalapeño Pepper Jelly is a delicious balance of sweet and spicy, perfect for enhancing any meal!
Ingredients

- 2 cups pineapple, crushed
- 1 cup jalapeños, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 package powdered pectin
- 5 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the crushed pineapple, jalapeños, and lime juice. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Add the powdered pectin and stir well. Return to a rapid boil.
- Add the granulated sugar and salt, stirring constantly. Bring back to a boil for 1-2 minutes until sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat and pour into sterilized jars. Seal and process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
Notes
- Adjust the number of jalapeños based on your spice preference.
- Serve with cream cheese on crackers for a perfect appetizer.
