Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the crushed pineapple and vanilla extract.
- Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding coconut flakes to the batter.
