Ingredients

- 1 cup pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough thinly on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into small triangles or circles.
- Place the cut dough pieces on a baking sheet.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and top each piece with mozzarella cheese and a dollop of pizza sauce.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Try different toppings, like pepperoni or olives.
- Store in an airtight container for up to three days.
