Ingredients

  • 1 cup pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough thinly on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the dough into small triangles or circles.
  4. Place the cut dough pieces on a baking sheet.
  5. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and top each piece with mozzarella cheese and a dollop of pizza sauce.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
