- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 package flour tortillas
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Drain excess fat and stir in pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Lay out a tortilla, add some of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese, then roll tightly.
- Place the rolled enchiladas seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Pour remaining pizza sauce over the top and sprinkle with remaining cheese, olives, and bell pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
