Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Lay out a tortilla, add some of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese, then roll tightly.
  5. Place the rolled enchiladas seam-side down in a baking dish.
  6. Pour remaining pizza sauce over the top and sprinkle with remaining cheese, olives, and bell pepper.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
