Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 package ladyfingers
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold it into the pumpkin mixture.
- In a trifle dish, layer ladyfingers, then half of the pumpkin mixture.
- Repeat the layers and top with crushed graham crackers.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
