			- 1 cup pumpkin puree
 - 1 cup brown sugar
 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
 - 2 large eggs
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 - 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1 cup chocolate chips
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a large bowl, beat together the pumpkin, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and butter until smooth.
 - Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
 - In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture and stir until just combined.
 - Fold in the chocolate chips.
 - Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
 - Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
 - Allow cookies to cool before serving.
 
Notes
- For a thicker cookie, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
