Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, sugar, and softened butter until well combined.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Spread the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, smoothing the top.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
