Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, sugar, and softened butter until well combined.
  3. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
