- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, pumpkin spice, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
