- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onions until translucent.
- Add the shredded chicken and half of the queso sauce, mixing well.
- Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
- Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish and pour the remaining queso sauce on top.
