Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vanilla extract, and cream cheese until smooth.
