- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vanilla extract, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Gently fold in the raspberries.
- Fill each donut cavity in the pan and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Allow to cool and prepare glaze with lemon juice and powdered sugar.
- Dunk the cooled donuts in the glaze and serve.
Notes
