- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 cups raspberry pie filling
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the cooled crust.
- Spread raspberry pie filling over cream cheese layer and top with fresh raspberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Ensure the pretzel crust is completely cool before adding the cream cheese layer.
- For a fresher taste, use homemade raspberry sauce instead of pie filling.
