Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 cups raspberry pie filling
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the cooled crust.
  4. Spread raspberry pie filling over cream cheese layer and top with fresh raspberries.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Ensure the pretzel crust is completely cool before adding the cream cheese layer.
