Description

A light and refreshing cucumber salad with a delightful touch of turkey bacon.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced cucumbers
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, turkey bacon, and feta cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
