Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 slices of your favorite bread
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the strawberries with honey and a pinch of salt.
  3. Spread the strawberries on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until soft.
