Description

A deliciously cheesy snack made with cream cheese, sausage, and Rotel.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups baking mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together sausage, cream cheese, Rotel, cheddar cheese, and baking mix until well combined.
  3. Form mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
