Ingredients

- 1 pound sausage
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups baking mix
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together sausage, cream cheese, Rotel, cheddar cheese, and baking mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Can be made ahead of time and reheated.
