Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel and slice the golden potatoes thinly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
- Pour half of the cream mixture over the potatoes and sprinkle with half of the shredded cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, cream mixture, and shredded cheese.
- Dot the top with butter.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
