- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, until cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, bring beef broth to a simmer in a saucepan.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth, then stir into simmering broth to thicken.
- Once meatballs are done, serve them drizzled with the thickened broth.
Notes
- For added flavor, sauté onions and mushrooms to add on top of the meatballs before serving.
- These meatballs can also be served over mashed potatoes for a heartier meal.
