- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped

- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the drained salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, parsley, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Add the mayonnaise and lemon juice, mixing until everything is well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil.
- Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the mixture.
- These patties can be made ahead and frozen for later use.
