A comforting and easy-to-make salmon sushi bake that the whole family will love.
Ingredients

- 1 pound sushi rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 pound cooked salmon, flaked
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a pot, combine sushi rice and water; bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer. Cover and cook for 18-20 minutes.
- Fluff the cooked rice and spread it evenly in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix together the flaked salmon, mayonnaise, sriracha, and soy sauce.
- Spread the salmon mixture over the rice.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Top with green onions, nori strips, avocado slices, and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the sriracha to taste for more or less spice.
- Serve with extra soy sauce for dipping.
