- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 pizza crust
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned.
- Sprinkle the flour over the sausage and stir to combine.
- Gradually add the milk, stirring until the mixture thickens.
- Roll out the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
- Spread the sausage gravy mixture over the crust.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Crack the eggs on top of the cheese.
