Ingredients

- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 cups fresh green beans
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into bite-sized cubes.
- Trim the ends of the green beans and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the potatoes and cook for about 15 minutes or until they begin to soften.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add the green beans, salt, and black pepper.
- Cover and cook for another 10 minutes until the green beans are tender and the potatoes are fully cooked.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top before serving.
