Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 cups fresh green beans
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Trim the ends of the green beans and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add the potatoes and cook for about 15 minutes or until they begin to soften.
  5. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  6. Add the green beans, salt, and black pepper.
