Ingredients

- 2 pounds shrimp, deveined
- 1 poundouille sausage, sliced
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 4 ears corn, cut in half
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a large pot, boil water and add potatoes. Cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Add the sausage and corn; cook for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Stir in Cajun seasoning and lemon juice.
- Drain the seafood mix and toss with the garlic Cajun butter.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.

- For extra spice, add more Cajun seasoning to taste.
