Description

A flavorful seafood boil infused with rich garlic Cajun butter, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds shrimp, deveined
  • 1 poundouille sausage, sliced
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 4 ears corn, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, boil water and add potatoes. Cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. Add the sausage and corn; cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Stir in Cajun seasoning and lemon juice.
  5. Drain the seafood mix and toss with the garlic Cajun butter.
  6. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
