Description

A rich and flavorful seafood lasagna featuring shrimp and crab, perfect for a comforting dinner at home.


Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles lasagna sheets
  • 2 cups cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 2 cups crab meat
  • 4 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer 4 lasagna noodles, half of the seafood mixture, and one cup of mozzarella.
  6. Repeat the layers once more and finish with the remaining noodles, marinara sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, you can add a layer of alfredo sauce.
  • This dish can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
