- 12 lasagna noodles lasagna sheets
- 2 cups cooked shrimp, chopped
- 2 cups crab meat
- 4 cups ricotta cheese
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 4 lasagna noodles, half of the seafood mixture, and one cup of mozzarella.
- Repeat the layers once more and finish with the remaining noodles, marinara sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, you can add a layer of alfredo sauce.
- This dish can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
