Description

Delight in a delicious seafood lasagna featuring shrimp and crab, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 12 sheets lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, Parmesan, egg, parsley, and garlic powder.
  3. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  5. Add half of the seafood mixture and a layer of mozzarella on top.
  6. Repeat the layering process, finishing with noodles and remaining sauce on top.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  10. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning to the seafood mixture.
  • Can be prepared a day in advance and refrigerated before baking.
