Delight in a delicious seafood lasagna featuring shrimp and crab, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound crab meat
- 12 sheets lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, Parmesan, egg, parsley, and garlic powder.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Add half of the seafood mixture and a layer of mozzarella on top.
- Repeat the layering process, finishing with noodles and remaining sauce on top.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning to the seafood mixture.
- Can be prepared a day in advance and refrigerated before baking.
