- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound lump crab meat
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink. Stir in crab meat, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce, followed by layers of noodles, ricotta cheese, seafood mixture, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers, finishing with sauce and a final layer of mozzarella.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and cover with foil.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add Italian herbs to the ricotta mixture.
- Let the lasagna rest for at least 10 minutes before serving for cleaner slices.
