Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound lump crab meat
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Stir in crab meat, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  5. In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce, followed by layers of noodles, ricotta cheese, seafood mixture, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers, finishing with sauce and a final layer of mozzarella.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and cover with foil.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add Italian herbs to the ricotta mixture.
  • Let the lasagna rest for at least 10 minutes before serving for cleaner slices.
