Description

Deliciously crispy wontons filled with succulent shrimp and creamy cheese that you can easily make at home.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shrimp, green onion, and garlic powder.
  2. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges with water and fold to seal.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the wontons until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes
