- 1 pound lobster meat
- 1 pound scallops
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 teaspoons fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onions, carrots, and celery, and sauté until softened.
