- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

- 1 cup chicken broth

- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and diced chicken, cooking until browned.
- Add frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and thyme. Stir to combine and let simmer.
- Layer the cooked turkey bacon on top of the chicken mixture.
- Roll out the pie crust and place it over the mixture, sealing the edges.
- Cut slits in the crust to allow steam to escape.
