  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and diced chicken, cooking until browned.
  3. Add frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and thyme. Stir to combine and let simmer.
