Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef chuck roast
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, sliced
  • 2 packages ramen noodles
  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the beef chuck roast, beef broth, soy sauce, miso paste, sesame oil, green onions, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours, until the beef is tender.
  3. Remove the beef, shred it, and return it to the slow cooker.
  4. Add the ramen noodles and bok choy, and cook for an additional 10 minutes until the noodles are heated through.
