Ingredients

  • 2 pounds corned beef brisket
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 4 medium carrots, sliced
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 head of cabbage, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons black peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Place the corned beef brisket in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic on top.
  3. Pour the beef broth over the beef.
  4. Add the carrots, potatoes, and cabbage.
  5. Sprinkle the black peppercorns and dried thyme over the vegetables.
  6. Drizzle Worcestershire sauce on top.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  8. Slice the corned beef and serve with vegetables.

Notes
