Ingredients

- 2 pounds corned beef brisket
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 4 medium carrots, sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 head of cabbage, chopped
- 2 teaspoons black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Place the corned beef brisket in the slow cooker.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic on top.
- Pour the beef broth over the beef.
- Add the carrots, potatoes, and cabbage.
- Sprinkle the black peppercorns and dried thyme over the vegetables.
- Drizzle Worcestershire sauce on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Slice the corned beef and serve with vegetables.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a bay leaf during cooking.
