  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the granulated sugar and softened butter.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk.
  6. Fold in the chopped pecans.
  7. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Pour half of the batter into the prepared bundt pan, then sprinkle half of the brown sugar mixture on top.
  9. Top with the remaining batter and then the rest of the brown sugar mixture.
  10. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  11. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
