- 2 pounds shrimp, deveined
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 1 corn on the cob, cut into quarters
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
- Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in shrimp, garlic, Cajun seasoning, salt, and lemon juice.
- Cook until shrimp is pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and drain.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.

- For extra spice, add sliced jalapeños to the boil.
